These terms cover your use of Nova Bible ("Nova", "we") — a free Bible reading app for iOS and the website novabible.app. By using Nova you agree to them. Nova is free, with no ads or purchases. What you create is yours, and the Scripture you read belongs to its publishers.

Scripture content

Bible text in Nova is delivered through API.Bible, a service of the American Bible Society, and provided by the publishers who hold each translation's copyright. It's offered for your personal reading and study. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, modify, or systematically extract the Scripture content — its publishers require that their texts stay intact and in the form they're provided.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Nova: no breaking, overloading, or reverse-engineering the app or its servers, no accessing it through unauthorized means, and no using it to break the law or violate others' rights.

No warranty

Nova is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the Scripture content will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes
